Happy Weekend everyone, hope you had a good week. This week saw me start my new job as a Eduaction Assistant and in a word "happy". Although the kids don't start back until Monday staff go back the week before to prepare for the year. We set up the classroom and attended PD's (professional development sessions) which I found very useful. It has been exciting and challenging all at the same time
... and very tiring which explains my lack of blogging LOL!
But as of Monday routine starts again and the holidays end so what better way to end your holiday time with some fun card making and what better way to get started ... a new sketch at Unscripted Sketches.
Sketch #196 is up and here is my take...
I used papers from my Studio Calico kit (november) and stamp from Ali Edwards. The butterfly punch is from Stampin Up.
This card is very simple but thats just the way I like them. Remember your cards don't always need to be packed full of stuff. Sometimes bringing it down a notch or two and having lots of "white space" on your card can have just as much impact.
Anyway... I hope I have inspired you to give this weeks sketch a go. For more inspiration head on over to Unscripted Sketches and check out the awesome design team.
On another note, all going well I should have my "hello February" post up tomorrow.
Have a great weekend and happy crafting
Love me :-)
