Documenting good times...

I have many mixed emotions about 2012 and although it was a tough year,I am thankful for the lessons.  It has taken me awhile to appreciated the good and at times it was hard to find the good, but they were there.

A very supportive friend gave me this wonderful gift on New Years...

the idea is that everytime something good happens you write it on a piece of paper and put it in the jar.  Then on December 31st you open the jar and read all the amazing things that happened to you that year.

I totally love this.  I was so determined to enjoy each day this year, good or bad and on the bad days I would try and find something positive.  This little jar will make this so much easier and way more fun.  One thing I learned in 2012 is that change can happen in an instant, and although at the time it doesn't seem fair or right, everything happens for a reason.  You just have to trust in yourself, go with it and believe that in the end it will be worth it.

I have also learned that if you dream big... anything is possible.

Here's to good times... and recording them.
love me :-)

Note:  if you still can't upload to blogger (which I couldn't) go to the top of your post (where the font, bold, italic etc buttons are) and you will see at the very left tabs that say compose & HTML.  Click on HTML and you can upload that way.  It may take a bit longer but at least you can post.
